Winning Within methodology: 5C's to create your solution

1 - Clarify

We start by developing a solid partnership and fully scoping out the development project in mind. Exploring the organisation's values, required outcomes, understanding the various roles and  responsibilities of the team and grasping any challenges and constraints, ensuring everyone is clear on expectations and where the finish line is.

2 - Connect

We immerse ourselves with our client, continuing to build our partnership and increase mutual understanding. We invest time in meeting teams, senior leaders, and personnel to build a sense of their world and understand their ground zero. We want to experience the values in action and use our new-found knowledge within the programme design and delivery as the overall solution involves everyone. At this crucial stage we truly discover the challenges and opportunities the organisation and managers are facing which enables us to make programme recommendations.

3 - Create

Utilising the information we’ve gleaned, we design a programme architecture and co-create activities and scenarios that align with the organisational strategy and culture. These could include case studies, games and projects that potentially form a foundation running throughout the programme. 4 - Commence

Start as you mean to go on! A crucial element of any programme is the initial communication and sending the right signal to the participants, their line managers and the entire business. The programme delivery will be managed by us, in conjunction with you, and we’ll use best practice techniques and proven methodology,  resulting in an experiential, participative and fun development programme. Our trainers and facilitators will use all of their skillsets and experiences to fully engage the cohort, ensuring lessons are learnt and applied in their workplace.
