Introduction to people management

This programme embeds these core skills through fun, informative and experiential training designed to maximise performance.

Virtual HIT sessions

In a climate of increased virtual working and pressure to hit targets, fitting training needs into a busy schedule is challenging. These short 'high intensity training' sessions are the perfect solution. Delivered virtually to support busy managers to develop a variety of skills, these 90 minute sessions also include a personal coaching session for all participants.

Mental Fitness 6-week programme

Mental fitness is a measure of the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative (Saboteur). We have partnered with Shirzad Chamine and Positive Intelligence Inc. to bring this mental fitness training to the UK and Europe.

Combining 1:1 or group conversation alongside an exclusive app loaded with videos, audio exercises, written/audiobook and an improvement tracker.
